First, click on which album you want to choose. Then find the picture you want to add the caption under. Then click were it says "click here to add caption", And add the code of the caption you chose (go to my picture caption page to find one)

1. After you have made your picture caption go to a site like photobucket or imageshack and upload your picture caption
2. Then copy the url that says Email and IM beside it
3. Then paste the url you just copied in this code
